A day ahead of the second phase of polls in Jammu and Kashmir, there was violence in Baramulla on Friday when a local Congress candidate’s guards opened fire on protestors killing two people. The violence began when 16-year-old Manzoor Ahmad Kumar was killed, as the local Congress candidate’s police guards fired at a crowd of anti-poll protestors.
